Sullivan+Strumpf Magazine

As this issue reaches its audience, the halfway point of the year has well and truly passed. In the southern hemisphere, this milestone is placed in the depths of winter. It prompts many of us to pause, to reflect, before we spring forward with renewed energy and vigour for the months ahead. The pages ahead are alive with that energy–works imbued with vitality and vim, executed in bold colour and idiosyncratic technique, define this issue and carry us forward into an exciting period for the gallery and our artists.

As you meander through these pages, we hope you feel as energised and emboldened by the works and narratives within as we do.

Sullivan+Strumpf acknowledge the Indigenous People of this land, the traditional custodians on whose Country we work, live and learn. We pay respect to Elders, past and present, and recognise their continued connection to culture, land, waters and community.
