Exhibition Text

The entirely digital art fair 'Explore Sydney Contemporary' will showcase the remarkable skills of over 500 artists from around the world. This includes participants from Australia, China, England, France, Ghana, Germany, New Zealand, South Africa, and Thailand, represented by 80-plus national and international galleries. The event will present over 1,700 artworks spanning various mediums such as painting, sculpture, glasswork, printmaking, and works on paper. These pieces, conveying diverse narratives and making statements about the world we inhabit, promise to captivate collectors, art enthusiasts, and buyers. 'Explore Sydney Contemporary' serves as a platform to explore new art, revisit favorite artists, and express support for the future of contemporary art creation and presentation.

The event also features a collection of video portraits highlighting First Nations artists, offering insights into their language, Country, and stories. Notable artists like Dr. Christian Thompson AO, Tony Albert, Karla Dickens, Jemima Wyman, Noŋgirrŋa Marawili, Jenna Lee, and Regina Pilawuk Wilson are represented in this online fair.
